Dear Students
In the 2022-23 academic year, Assistant Professor Dr Nevin Meral will give a course titled Moot Court III (LAW 355). This course will be a third-year course; however 2nd year and 4th year students will be able to take the course as well. In the scope of this course, students will be prepared for “Young ISTAC Arbitration Lawyers’ Competition (Genç ISTAC Geleceğin Tahkim Avukatı Yarışması')”. The language of the competition is Turkish, and it is the most prestigious competition in this field in Turkey.
To be able to choose this course, you should
*have a GPA over 2.75
*be interested in commercial law and arbitration law
*be graded at least BB in the course Obligations Law
*be prone to teamwork
