224. Wednesday Seminar at Ankara Yildirim Beyazit University Faculty of Law, titled “The Right to be Forgotten: Examples from Different Countries”, will be presented by Research Assistant Aybeniz Aklan.
In the presentation, first of all, the historical development of the right to be forgotten will be explained. The importance of the right to be forgotten in the GDPR and the PDPL will be discussed and then the presenter will bring different country experiences and jurisprudence forward in order to evaluate the right to be forgotten comparatively.
