In 222. Wednesday Seminar, a presentation titled as “Space Mining under Space Law: An Evaluation” will be given by Research Assist. Hüdai Ünal.
Within the scope of this presentation, first of all, space mining activities and the importance of so-called activities for the States will be examined. Then, the compatibility of space mining with space law will be discussed. In this regard, space agreements and domestic legal regulations of States will be considered.
