Between 8.12.2021 - 9.01.2022, Essential Mediation Training Certificate Program will be held in person. The training will be carried out all day on weekends and weekday evenings for a maximum of two days. The program’s period is 84 hours in total (68 hours of theory and 16 hours of practice). The training fee is 1.800 TL (including VAT) and the number of participants is limited to 30 people.
In order to participate in this training, as stated by the Law on Mediation in Legal Disputes, it is required for participants to have a bachelor degree in law and five year-experience (at least) in the legal profession. In this sense, the completion of seniority (as of 30.05.2022) will also be expected.
Those, who want to participate in this training program, should fill in the pre-registration form. Pre-registration will be finalised by taking into account the order of application. Those, who pre-registered, will be contacted for final registration and payment by 14 December 2021.
