Our Department Chair, Prof. Dr. Şeyda Toprak Çelenay, delivered a presentation entitled “Evidence-Based Electrophysical Modalities and Manual Therapies in Sexual Dysfunction” at the 12th CİSEF International Congress on Sexual Health.
Our Deputy Head of Department, Dr Mehmet Delen, delivered an in-service training session for physiotherapists at Etlik City Hospital entitled ‘Assessment and Treatment Methods for Rotator Cuff Problems’.
A ‘Seminar on Addiction’ was held, presented by Prof. Birgül Özkan, a member of the academic staff of our Faculty’s Department of Nursing, and moderated by Assoc. Prof. Saniye Aydoğan Arslan, also a member of our department’s academic staff.

A New Resource in the Field of Physiotherapy for Women’s Health
Our department head, Prof. Dr. Şeyda Toprak Çelenay, contributed to the conference with a presentation entitled ‘Evidence-Based Bladder and Pelvic Floor Training in Overactive Bladder’.
Hilal Aslan, a research assistant in our department, presented one oral and one poster presentation at the ESRA 2025 Conference held in Norway.
Associate Professor Dr Bihter Akınoğlu, a member of our department, received the Best Oral Presentation Award for her research presented at the 20th International Congress of Turkish Sports Medicine.
