Applications Continue for the AYBÜ M.Sc. Program in Software Engineering

The M.Sc. Program in Software Engineering, newly established within the Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University (AYBÜ), will admit its first cohort of students in the Fall Semester of the 2026–2027 Academic Year.

The program offers graduate education and research opportunities in a wide range of contemporary fields, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, natural language processing, cybersecurity, cloud computing, the Internet of Things, software engineering, embedded systems, software quality assurance, and many other emerging research areas.

Conducted entirely in English, the program provides valuable opportunities for candidates seeking both research-oriented academic development and specialization in the software and technology sectors. Through thesis studies and scientific research activities, students will have the opportunity to work extensively on state-of-the-art technologies.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • A minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.50/4.00,
  • A minimum ALES score of 70 obtained within the last five years,
  • A minimum foreign language score of 60 obtained within the last five years (YDS, e-YDS, YÖKDİL, e-YÖKDİL, or an examination recognized as equivalent by ÖSYM).
