With the approval of the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at our university, Prof. Dr. Ayşe DEMİR has been appointed as the Head of the Department of Turkish Language and Literature.
Prof. Dr. Ayşe DEMİR, who is currently serving in the New Turkish Literature Department of the Turkish Language and Literature Department, assumed the position of Department Chair on February 19, 2026.
We wish her success in her new role and hope that this change will bring benefits to our department and university.
