Internal and External Stakeholder Meeting Held

On July 4, 2025, a meeting was held in the conference room of the AYBÜ Cinnah Campus, organized by the department chair, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Erdoğan, and committee members Prof. Dr. Akartürk Karahan, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yaşar Tokay, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zeynep Tek. The hybrid meeting, which lasted approximately three hours and was held to improve education and training activities, recorded and discussed the thoughts of the participants. At the meeting,

Department faculty members were informed about reviewing Course Information Packages based on department curricula and completing any deficiencies.

Improvements were made in the Department Board regarding course syllabi and teaching methods, and new courses were opened.

Elective courses related to linguistics and contemporary Turkish dialects were increased.

Discussing with faculty members in the Department Council how to increase the efficiency of courses and make them more interactive,

Holding a career planning meeting at the beginning of the academic year for second and third-year students,

Inviting graduates from different professional groups to the career planning meeting,

Promoting double major and minor programs and providing information about Erasmus and Exchange Programs at the orientation meeting and the career planning meeting,

Leaving one day per week free for each class when preparing course schedules to allow students to increase their free time activities, was proposed.
