In the 2024-2025 academic year, students who enrolled in Ankara Yıldıırm Beyazıt University, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Department of Turkish Language and Literature have started their classes.
In the second week of the start of classes, on September 25, 2024 at 14.00, a program was organized by the Head of the Department to meet and harmonize the new students and professors who joined the Aybü Literature family. The ceremony held in Kaşgarlı Mahmut Amphitheater was attended by the lecturers of the Department of Turkish Language and Literature and the first year students. After the reading of the National Anthem and a moment of silence in memory of the martyrs, Head of the Department Prof. Dr. Mustafa Erdoğan welcomed the students to their new family and gave them some advice about their education life and some information about the department. Then, the head of the department and other faculty members came to the podium one by one and introduced themselves, gave information about their fields and gave advice to the students. After the informative presentation of the Vice Head of the Department, Dr. Faculty Member Latife Kaynak, questions from the students were answered. The program, which took place in a friendly atmosphere, ended with a collective photo shoot and a chat with refreshments.
