Upon the invitation of H.E. Zandanshatar Gombojav, Chairman of the State Great Khural (Parliament) of Mongolia, our Head of Department, Prof. Dr. Yılmaz Bingöl, attended the congress titled “Trans-Altai Sustainability Dialogue: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions” in Ulaanbaatar. The opening speech of the congress was delivered by H.E. Ban Ki-moon, the former Secretary-General of the United Nations.
At the congress, Prof. Dr. Bingöl presented a paper titled “The New Presidential System of Türkiye: A Sample Model for Stable and Effective Government?”.
