What does Minimum Norm mean?
- It refers to the minimum number of academic staff determined by the Council of Higher Education for a program to be able to start and continue education.
What does Norm mean?
- In higher education institutions, it refers to the academic staff quota determined within the framework of regulations for a department, main science/art branch, or program to carry out education, research, and other services.
Cancellation-Creation (İptal-İhdas)
- The Presidency of Strategy and Budget makes an announcement for Cancellation-Creation work.
- As the Directorate, we carry out our work and make entries into the Public e-Application system.
- After approval is received, we make the necessary changes.
- Vacant Position Change (Boş Kadro Değişikliği): Making changes between vacant positions in line with needs. (Example: Giving a research assistant position and receiving a Assistant Professor position in return (title and degree change)).
- Filled Position Change (Dolu Kadro Değişikliği): It is the degree change on existing positions.
Three-Month Activity Report (Üç Aylık Faaliyet Raporu)
- Personnel Movement and Personnel Reports are prepared with the information of Permanent Staff and Contracted Staff until the 20th of January, April, July, and October.
- Entry is made into the E-Budget program.
Registration to YÖKSİS
- The academic staff who start their duties in Personnel Affairs are also assigned to the unit, department, and main science branch they were appointed to in the YÖKSİS program (title change for those in service, adding permanent staff for new hires).
