Training on Electronic Ledgers and Documents.

On November 7, 2025, an educational session on "Electronic Ledgers and Documents" was
held within the Faculty of Law at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University (AYBÜ) under the
chairmanship of the Department of Fiscal Law. The training was conducted by Selçuk
GÜLTEN, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and an expert in the field.
The training was attended by various experts, including the Dean of the AYBÜ Faculty of
Law, Prof. Dr. Neslihan KARATAŞ DURMUŞ, as well as academic staff from the Faculty of
Law.
During the training, the latest developments in E-Ledger and E-Transformation for 2025 were
presented, along with the detailed explanations regarding the actions of annulment and
objection to annulment. The differences between E-Invoice and E-Archive Invoice which
were introduced by the new legal regulations were explained, along with the examples from
practise.
