Our Faculty members of the Department of Intellectual Property Law, Asst. Prof. Dr. Fatma Betül ÇAKIR ÇELEBİ and Asst. Prof. Dr. Osman Buğra BEYDOĞAN contributed with their presentations to the Current Developments in Intellectual Property Law-II International Symposium held by Balıkesir University, Faculty of Law between 03/05/2024 - 04/05/2024 with the contributions of Republic of Turkey Ministry of Culture and Tourism, General Directorate of Copyright, the  Municipality of Balıkesir, Balıkesir City Council, TÜRKPATENT, Euroasian National University and International Vision University. Dr. ÇAKIR ÇELEBİ and DR. BEYDOĞAN made their presentations titled "NEGATIVE DECLARATION IN PHARMACEUTICAL PATENT LAW" and "CONCEPT OF TRADEMARK REPUTATION IN THE CONTEXT OF REPUTATION COMPENSATION" in the patent law and trademark law sessions on 4 May face to face.
