Within the scope of the 235th Wednesday Seminar of Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Faculty of Law, a presentation on “Past, Present and Future of the Savings Finance System” was made by Attorney Mahir Orak.
In his presentation, Mahir Orak first talked about the concept of savings finance and its historical development, then referred to the sector’s development through comparisons by giving examples from our country and Europe. Discussing the functioning of the savings finance system in detail, the speaker explained the relevant legal control mechanisms and practices at the point reached today. Then, the savings financing system was compared with the conventional systems, the beneficial aspects were discussed, and the expectations for the sector’s future were mentioned.
