232. Wednesday Seminar of AYBU School of Law was presented by Research Assistant Miray ÖZHAN from Administrative Law Department and her title was “Applicable Legal Remedies for Public Officials Exposed to Mobbing”.
In the presentation, she, firstly, explained the concept of mobbing, talked about the types of mobbing. Then she explained the aspects of mobbing in terms of public officials and examined the relevant examples from decisions of the Council of State. Referring to the legal regulations with regard to mobbing in the Public Personnel Law, the presenter explained the administrative and judicial remedies that public officials, who are exposed to mobbing, can apply.
