228. Wednesday Seminar of AYBU School of Law was presented by Research Assistant M. Şamil Karababa from Department of Labour and Social Security Law and his title was “Vocational Training of Trainee Lawyers and their Social Securities”.
In the presentation, he discussed the vocational training process and social securities of trainee lawyers by comparing them with similar process in other professions and highlighted the qualifications that the vocational training given to trainee lawyers should have.
In this context, the presenter referred to the new regulations brought by the Law No. 7409. He particularly emphasised Article 16, which allows insured workers as well as public workers to get vocational training as a trainee lawyer.
