2022-2023 Academic Year Opening Ceremony” was held on Wednesday, October 5, with the participation of the Head of the Department of Legal Philosophy and Sociology of our Faculty and the President of the Human Rights and Equality Institution of Turkey, Prof. Dr Muharrem Kılıç, at the Milli İrade Hall of our University’s Milli İrade Campus.
The opening ceremony of the academic year was attended by the President of the Human Rights and Equality Institution of Turkey, Muharrem Kılıç, the 12th Head of the Council of State, Mahmut Doğan, the Mayor of Çubuk A. Baki Demirbaş, TİHEK Member Mehmet Emin Genç and our university’s academic staff, as well as administrative staff and students.
Before the ceremony, a music concert was held by the students of the Turkish Music State Conservatory of our University. At the ceremony that opened with a moment of silence and the National Anthem, after our Rector, Prof. Dr İbrahim Aydınlı’s speeches, TİHEK President Muharrem Kılıç’s opening lecture on “Law and Ethics” was held. The program ended with the presentation of gifts to the students who were placed in first place in the academic units of our university and a family photo shoot.
