The partners of the PandeVita project, which is funded by European Union as a Horizon 2020
project, met in Venice face-to-face for the first time. Professor
Dr. Seldağ GÜNEŞ PESCHKE Head of Comparative Law Department, who is the project
coordinator from AYBU, which is one of the partners, met other stakeholders who were
participating from 5 different counties with their 7 representatives.
International Stakeholders Meeting and also Privacy Symposum were conducted between 5-7
April 2022. Andrea Jelinek, Head of EPDB, gave the opening speech and more than 500
particiapnts joined the symposium. Professor Dr. Seldağ GÜNEŞ PESCHKE presented a paper
titled “HES CODE Application with Personal Data Prtcetion Legislation in Turkey”. From the
AYBU, Professor Dr Nildag Basak Ceylan, Professor Ayhan Kapusuzoglu, Research Assistant
Aybeniz Aklan joined the event alongside Professor Dr. Seldağ GÜNEŞ PESCHKE from
AYBU.
