A roundtable was held with a collaboration between Our Faculty and Taskent State Law University. It was moderated by Professor Dr Said Gulyamov and Lecturer Dr Samet Tatar. Participants presented their work in the programme.
In the programme;
Dr. Mokhinur BAKHRAMOVA-Taskent State Law University presented a paper titled “The Role and Significance of E-Arbitration and ODR in E-Commerce”.
Ubaydullaeva ANNA-Taskent State Law University presented a paper titled “Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Copyright: Ownership of Inventions Created by AI”.
Inamdjanova ELNORA-Taskent State Law University presented a paper titled “Legal Issues of Digital Investment”.
Dr. Lecturer İrem Şengül Seferoğlu- AYBU, Faculty Law of presented a paper titled “Protection of ‘Climate Refugees’”.
Assist. Prof. Ebru Demir- AYBU, Faculty Law presented a paper titled “The Principle of Systemic Integretion in the Jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights: A Critical Examination”.
