The opening of the roundtable meeting organized by our Faculty and Tashkent State Law University Head of International Private Law Department Dr. Sardor Barazov and moderated by Dr. Samet Tatar from Ankara Yildirim Beyazit University Faculty of Law Administrative Law Department.
Afterwards, the presentations of the round table started. Here, Associate Professor Cafer Eminoglu from Ankara Yildirim Beyazit University Faculty of Law Commercial Law presented a paper titled “The Corporate Governance-Approach of the Turkish Comemrcial Law”. Assinstant Professor from Ankara Yildirim Beyazit University Faculty of Law Commercial Law presented a paper titled “Can an Arbitration Clause be Incorporated into the Articles of Association of a Joint Stock Company?”
Diyora Imamaliyeva from Tashkent State Law University presented a paper titled “Recent Challenges of Big Data Application in Healthcare System”. Asem Madreymova from Tashkent State Law University presented a paper titled “Biotechnology: Legal, Ethical and Social Issues”.
The Programme ended with a Q&A and discussion session.
