216. Wednesday Seminar titled “Deceased Collusion: The Reasons that Impel the Deceased to Collusion” was held by Research Assistant Elif Avci.
In the presentation, the concept of deceased collision was examined. The Court of Cassation’s decision of joint chambers on the issue was addressed. Finally, the reasons which impel the deceased to collusion were explained and the decisions of the Court of Cassation on this issue were scrutinised.
The programme ended with a Q&A session (12.01.2022).
