214th Wednesday Seminar organised by the AYBU Faculty of Law has been held with a presentation of Res. Assist. Hilal Büşra Osmanlı from Private International Law Department and the title of presentation was ‘International Child Abduction the Concept of Serious Risk in Times of Pandemic’.
In her presentation, the application of international child abduction during the global pandemic was discussed. Firstly, she examined the concepts of international child abduction and serious risk. Then, a statement has been made on the subject through the disputes and judicial decisions that rendered during the COVID-19 process.
After her enlightening presentation of Research Assistant Hilal Büşra Osmanlı, the Q&A session took place and then the program ended. (29.12.21)
