209th Wednesday Seminar organised by the AYBU Faculty of Law has been held with a presentation of Res. Assist. Mehmet Zahid Yener from Civil Law Department and the title of the presentation was ‘Brokerage Contract for Leveraged Transactions’.
Firstly, an intellectual background to leveraged buy-out contracts was given. Then, after defining the so-called contract, its legal characteristics were referred. Subsequently, parties and elements of this contract were explained. And the presentation concluded with explanations of the parties’ obligations and termination of the contract.
After his enlightening presentation of Res. Assist. Mehmet Zahid Yener, the Q&A session took place and then the program ended. (03.11.21)
