01 / SUBMISSION

Submission guidelines

  1. Theme

    The event's theme is “CYCLE: NATURE, LIFE, TRANSFORMATION”.

  2. Participation

    Participation is open to all individuals from around the world.

  3. Fees and returns

    Submitted works will not be returned, and no participation fee will be charged.

  4. Shipping

    Submissions will be accepted via traditional postal mail only. The shipping cost will be covered by the participant. Submissions sent by e-mail will not be accepted. The Organizing Committee does not accept responsibility for delays, damages, or losses that may occur during postal or cargo delivery.

  5. Technique and number of works

    There are no restrictions on technique. Participants can submit up to three (3) works for the exhibition.

  6. Size

    The accepted size is A4 (21 x 29.7 cm) or any size smaller than A4.

  7. Originality

    The work must be original, not previously exhibited, and not published on any social media platform.

  8. Permission to publish

    Submitted works will not be used for commercial purposes. Participants are considered to have given permission for their works to be used in the promotion and documentation of the exhibition (such as on the official website, social media, e-catalogue, posters, etc.) and to have accepted that their works do not have commercial value.

  9. Archive

    After the exhibition, the submitted works will be included in the archive of the Faculty of Architecture and Fine Arts, Ankara Yildirim Beyazit University.

  10. Content

    Submitted works must not contain racist, discriminatory, sexist, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate content. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject any work that includes such material, which will not be accepted for exhibition under any circumstances.

  11. Acceptance of the terms

    Artists who submit their works and whose works are deemed worthy of exhibition are considered to have accepted all the terms of this specification in advance.

  12. Information on the back of each work

    Participants must write the following information in capital letters on the back of each submitted work: participant’s full name, title of the work, technique, size, year, city/country, and e-mail address.

  13. Access after the exhibition

    Participants whose works are selected for the exhibition will be able to access the poster, participant list, digital certificate of participation, and digital catalogue link through this page from 17 December 2026.

Participant list, certificates and catalogue

Participants whose works are selected for the exhibition will be able to access the participant list, digital certificate of participation, and digital catalogue link through this page from 17 December 2026.
