What is Reflexology?
It is an application method based on the principle of the presence of directive reflex areas related to all parts of the body, organs and glands on the hands, soles of the feet and ears. Reflexology does not include diagnosis, treatment or joint mobilization and manipulation of specific diseases.
Situations where reflexology is thought to be effective are as follows;
• Premenstrual syndrome
• Migraine
• Sinusitis
• Menopausal symptoms
• Constipation/Diarrhea
• Backache
• Neck pain
• Siatalgia
• Shoulder pain
• Asthma bronchiale
• Stroke and associated neurological conditions
• Menstruation irregularities
