Master Program with Thesis in Philosophy offers students the chance to research philosophical topics of their interest and become experts in the field.
While the graduates of the Philosophy department are directly admitted to the graduate programs on the condition that they meet the necessary requirements, the graduates of other fields can be included in the main program after completing the scientific preparation courses.
The master's program in philosophy and its requirements are:
1-The elective main curriculum (21 credits at least 7 courses, 1 seminar and Scientific Research Methods and Science Ethics course) must be successfully completed for the master's degree in the field of philosophy (Students who graduated from other departments are required to take 4 additional philosophy courses).
2- A grade point average of no less than 3.00 must be achieved from graduate courses.
3-Master's thesis must be written, successfully defended and submitted.
