The project proposer, responsible for its preparation and implementation, is a faculty member, as well as researchers from our university who have completed a doctorate, a health specialization, an art competency, or equivalent education. Researchers who are not currently employed by our university or who are currently pursuing a graduate degree cannot serve as project managers.
The directors of Graduate Thesis Projects are faculty members appointed as thesis advisors in the relevant institutes.
Expenses for Graduate Thesis Projects may only be incurred within the normal duration of the thesis. Even if the thesis project has not expired, no expenses can be made for theses that go beyond their normal duration.
Researchers may work simultaneously on four projects, each of which is a TAP, ÇAP, ÖNAP, or UIP project. They may only be involved in one project as a project manager. Support may be received only once under the FSKP program, and they may only be involved in two Undergraduate Student Participation Research Projects (LKP) simultaneously. Graduate project support may be received for a maximum of five Master's and three Doctoral dissertations simultaneously.
Blocking due to timeout is only applied to project managers.
There is no support provided for course and training expenses within the scope of the projects..
A minimum of 1 and a maximum of 4 undergraduate students can work as researchers in these projects, which are led by faculty members.
Contract File, Ethics Committee Permission Certificate (for projects where required), Proforma Invoices or Offer letters, Technical Specification File, Project Type Specific Documents.
No pre-dated purchases are made without the knowledge of the BAP office.
