The young jurists presented their paper in the Symposium that was organized by Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Faculty of Law.

Under the leadership of  lecturer at our Faculty of Law, The Department of Public Law, Sociology  and Philosophy of Law “Law, Society and Politics” Symposium took place on 16 May 2017. At the Symposium that was comprise of two parts, papers were presented by the postgraduates of Social Sciences Institute, Department of Public Law.

In the first part of Symposium that was leaded by Prof. Dr. İlyas DOĞAN, lecturer at Gazi University Faculty of Law, Department of General Public Law, Gencer Karabekir KARAGENÇ “The Law Making Process of Ideal Constitution”, Mustafa Nazif YILDIZ “The Concept of Surveillance Society and The Effect on the Legal Arrangement”, Suzan ARSLAN “The Role of Politics on the Abolution of Death Penalty in Turkey” and Yahya USMAN “The Role of Human Rights on the Formation of Contemporary Law” were presented.

The second part was leaded by Prof. Dr. Ali Şafak BALI, lecturer at AYBU Faculty of Law, Sociology and Philosophy of Law Department. In this part Canan AKYÜZ “The Politics Moral”,  Hamdi Abdullah KOÇOĞLU “Legal Pluralism”, Fatih Mehmet UZUN “The Secularism of Law and Islam”, Abdullah Enes KARACAN “The Perception of Penalization in Turkey” were presented.
