Joint Conference by our Faculty and Saraybosna University: Understanding of Aliya Izzetbegoviç on Law and State took place.
Joint Conference on Understanding of Aliya Izzetbegoviç on Law and State was organized by our Faculty and Saraybosna University on the 15th death anniversary of Aliya İzzetbegoviç on 19.10.2018.
The Symposium proceeded after the ceremony in the tomb of Aliya İzzetbegoviç. In the opening speech of the Symposium the Vice-Chancellor and the Dean of Faculty of Law Prof. Dr. M. Fatih UŞAN pointed out that Aliya İzzetbegoviç was a model statesman and lawyer.
The Head of the Constititutional Court of the Republic of Turkey Honourable Prof. Dr. Zühtü ARSLAN also made a presentation on Aliya İzzetbegoviç’s personality as a statesman and lawyer.
Honourable Prof. Dr. Muharrem KILIÇ who is a teaching-fellow at our Faculty and Dr. Taylan BARIN who is a teaching-fellow at our Faculty also a raporter in the Constitutional Court made their presentations in the Symposium. İzzetbegoviç Family, Sarajevo Ambassador of Republic of Turkey Haldun KOÇ, teaching fellows and audience attended in the Symposium.
