In cooperation between the Faculty of Divinty of Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University and the Faculty of Theology of Osh State University in Kyrgyzstan, the international symposium ‘Islamic Scholars from Transoxiana to Anatolia II: The Karakhanid Period’ was held in Osh, Kyrgyzstan.
Scholars from Kyrgyzstan, Türkiye, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Bangladesh, Wales, Austria, and the United States participated in the symposium both in person and online, presenting their papers. Of the 91 papers, 44 were presented by researchers from Türkiye and 47 by researchers from other countries.
