Third-year students who completed their internships during the summer must add SENG300 to their course registration, while fourth-year students must add SENG400. If you completed both internships during the same summer period, you must register for both courses.
Please do not forget to enter your internship information into OBS; otherwise, your course registration will not be approved in the system. Make sure that you have entered the course semester and internship information correctly.
You may submit your internship files to the Department Secretariat between September 30 and October 2.
The documents to be included in the internship file are:

Internship Evaluation Form
This form must be signed by an authorized engineer and submitted in a sealed envelope. The signing engineer’s graduation information must comply with the fields specified in the relevant regulations. -
Internship Report
The report must comply with the rules provided in the template available on the website and must meet the required page count. The summary tables must include a signature/stamp underneath.
The internship file must be submitted in a single envelope. The envelope must include the student’s Name, Surname, Student Number, and Internship Course Code.
