The 2026 Graduation Projects Exhibition of the Department of Software Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University, was successfully organized under the leadership of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tuba ÇAĞLIKANTAR, Chair of the Project Courses Monitoring and Coordination Commission, and Research Assistant Pelin Nur ÇÖL.

As part of the event, the AYBU Software Project Showcase website was utilized to digitally exhibit the graduation projects developed by our students throughout the academic year, share project details, support jury evaluation processes, and announce award-winning projects.

The website was designed by Bekir Berk YILDIRIM, a senior Software Engineering student at AYBU and a member of the project team supervised by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hilal ARSLAN, whose project received the First Place Award in the Best Graduation Project Category. The software testing and quality assurance process of the website was coordinated by Research Assistant Pelin Nur ÇÖL.

Through the platform, visitors can access project posters, demo videos, project descriptions, jury information, event schedules, venue details, and information about the award-winning projects.

We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to all our students, academic advisors, jury members, and the organizing team whose valuable contributions made this event possible.

The About the Event page is displayed. The page contains descriptive text explaining the purpose, scope, and academic and professional opportunities provided by the AYBU Software Engineering Project Showcase.

The upper section of the Schedule page is displayed. The “Ceremony Completed” phase is marked as active. Below it, the initial phases of the event process, including Preparation, Submission Open, Submission Closed, and Online Review, are shown as completed.

The lower section of the Schedule page is displayed. The Exhibition, Evaluation Closed, and Results Ready phases are marked as completed. The final stage, “Ceremony Completed,” is shown as active.

The Projects page displays multiple student projects in a card-based layout. Each card includes a project poster, project title, team members, a brief description, and links for “Demo Video” and “Details.”

The Projects page showcases projects including ApherAI Pro, fire safety auditing, AI-generated code detection, and disaster damage assessment, each presented with its project poster and summary information.

The Projects page features projects on hyperspectral image classification, skin cancer image classification, IoT honeypot systems, and multispectral image fusion.

The Projects page displays projects related to performance analysis systems, image colorization, UAV swarm simulation, and time series forecasting using large language models.

The project detail modal for ApherAI Pro is open. The left side contains the project poster, while the right side includes a promotional video, team member information, advisor details, and a project description. Poster and source code links are provided at the bottom.

The upper section of the Jury page displays jury members in card format. Each card includes a profile photo, name, title, organization, and a profile link.

The continuation of the Jury page lists academics and industry professionals along with their profile photos, affiliations, and professional titles.

The Awards page displays the winning projects in the Best Graduation Project category. First, second, and third place projects are presented with trophy icons and team information.

The continuation of the Awards page presents the winner of the Best Poster category. The project title and team members are displayed alongside a trophy icon.

The Location page displays the event venue address along with an embedded Google Maps view. The event location is marked on the map.

The project submission page is displayed. Users are asked to enter their project code and can proceed using the input field and the “Verify” button.

The login page is displayed. It contains email and password fields along with a login button. Department and contact information are shown in the footer section.
