Under the TÜBİTAK 2209-A University Students Research Projects Support Program and the TÜBİTAK 2209-B Industrial-Oriented Research Projects Support Program for University Students, the Department of Software Engineering at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University, Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, has achieved significant success. A total of seven graduation projects conducted within our department have been granted support.

- Two projects supervised by Assoc. Prof. Hilal ARSLAN have been accepted under the TÜBİTAK 2209-B program.
- The project titled “Scalable High-Performance Simulation of Large-Scale UAV Swarms”, carried out by Hatice Rüveyda AKÇA, Furkan AYDOS, and Melike ÇOBANKAYA, has been accepted under the TÜBİTAK 2209-B program.
- The project titled “An Explainable Deep Learning-Based Signal Recovery System for Avionics Communication”, carried out by İlayda AKINET, Can KANKILIÇ, and Ahmet Yusuf DEMİR, has been accepted under the TÜBİTAK 2209-B program.
- Two projects supervised by Assoc. Prof. Yenal ARSLAN have been supported under the TÜBİTAK 2209-A and 2209-B programs.
- The project titled “Smart Documentation and Audit Management System”, carried out by Sencer Eren YAVUZ and Mert İnan DOĞAN, has received conditional acceptance under the TÜBİTAK 2209-B program.
- The project titled “Personal Performance Analysis System (PERFAS)”, carried out by Emir Furkan BAZLICI, Burak URAN, Ahmet Can YAMAÇ, and Berk UYSALGİL, has received conditional acceptance under the TÜBİTAK 2209-A program.
- The project titled “Automatic Safety Compliance Inspection in Accommodation: A Computer Vision Approach for Detecting Critical Safety Equipment from Hotel Room Images”, supervised by Assist. Prof. Abdulkadir TAŞDELEN and carried out by Nilgün Binnur KESKİN and Alaaddin KOYUNCU, has been accepted under the TÜBİTAK 2209-A program.
- The project titled “Detection of AI-Generated Code in Student Assignments”, supervised by Assist. Prof. Rasha OSMAN and carried out by Roba ALLHATTI and Banah Sabra KAAK, has been accepted under the TÜBİTAK 2209-A program.
- The project titled “Investigation and Application of Hyperspectral Image Analysis Methods for Anomaly Detection in Urban Areas”, supervised by Assist. Prof. Fatma KÜÇÜK and carried out by Yahya ÇAKICI, Yunus Berkay İNCİ, Nihat Eren ÖZTURAN, and Tevfik Alperen GÖK, has received conditional acceptance under the TÜBİTAK 2209-A program.
