Purpose

To enhance the quality of scientific and institutional publications published within our university, to establish a professional and transparent structure for publishing processes, to increase the rate of academic publications’ inclusion in international indexes, and to ensure sustainability by organizing all publishing activities under a corporate umbrella.

Goals

  • Contributing to the determination and updating of the university's scientific publishing policies.

  • Ensuring coordination and quality standards across all publications, especially academic journals.

  • Leading structural and content improvements aimed at the inclusion of scientific publications in international indexes.

  • Providing guiding support in terms of technical, ethical, and publishing aspects for newly established journals and publications.

  • Conducting regular meetings with editors and publishing teams to monitor continuity and quality.

  • Organizing training sessions and informative events on topics such as editorship, peer-reviewing, authorship, and publication design.

  • Bringing national and international best practices in publishing processes to our university.

  • Developing digital access, indexing, and impact-oriented projects to increase the visibility of publications.

  • Ensuring that the structure of the Coordinatorship is expanded over time to become a more comprehensive publishing support center.
