The Department Accreditation and Quality Commission met on February 17, 2026. The meeting, which began at 12:30 p.m. and continued until 6:30 p.m., involved an exchange of ideas on feedback from internal and external stakeholders and recommendations submitted by the department chairs to update the department's program teaching objectives and program outcomes.
The main agenda of the meeting was to review feedback from internal and external stakeholders and department chairs, while the Faculty Quality Calendar was also among the topics discussed. Commission members worked intensively to bring the current program teaching objectives and outcomes more in line with industry needs and academic requirements.
As a result of the six-hour meeting, 5 program teaching objectives and 22 program teaching outcomes were determined in line with the suggestions received from our internal and external stakeholders and department chairs and reported to the Department Chair.
