Dear Faculty Members of AYBU Medical Faculty,

Founded on July 21, 2010, as one of the youngest medical schools in our country, Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University (AYBU) Faculty of Medicine has continuously grown stronger over the years and today holds its place among the top-ranking medical schools. In 2025, both the Turkish and English programs of our faculty were fully accredited by the Association for Evaluation and Accreditation of Medical Education Programs (TEPDAD), marking a significant milestone in the standardization of our education.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to our former Rectors, Deans, faculty members, and students who have contributed to the establishment and development of our school throughout this journey.

Our university has adopted a mission to provide high-quality education and public service at an international level, to produce scientific knowledge through applied research, to foster a culture of entrepreneurship, and to create impact through innovative educational activities. Since its foundation, it has positioned itself with the vision of becoming a research university.

In achieving these goals, our School of Medicine aims not only to produce high-quality scientific publications, but also to increase national and international collaborations and to provide our students with education of the highest standards in line with the requirements of our time.

Our faculty includes many respected and accomplished academics and scientists, each recognized nationally and internationally in their respective fields. With a total of 2841 students, our school is not only a national center of education but also an international cultural mosaic thanks to the diverse backgrounds of its student body.

In addition to our ever-strengthening Medical Sciences education, I would like to emphasize our commitment to providing students with high-level educational opportunities by making effective use of the infrastructure and training facilities of our affiliated hospitals where they receive their clinical education.

Dear Students of Our Faculty,

Having successfully completed your primary and secondary education through dedication and hard work, you have now joined our University. On this occasion, I sincerely congratulate both you and your families, who have supported you with great devotion throughout this journey.
