Civil defense and firefighting program trains students who have knowledge of hazardous chemicals in the field of firefighting and learn the use of necessary tools. It is a program in the field of firefighting profession where people who respond to the fire of substances with appropriate extinguisher and who can show effective work individually or as a group are trained.
Civil defense and firefighting program aim to make students become professionals who act with responsibility, professional ethical awareness, have a high sense of self-confidence and follow innovations in their field.
Students who successfully complete this program achieve the title of “Civil Defense and Firefighter Technician”. Graduates can be employed as Firefighter, Fire and Security Staff, Civil Defense and Firefighter Technician.
