To the attention of our 4th grade students who will choose SY404 İş Başında Mesleki Uygulama;
Our students will perform their professional practices on the job in hospitals determined by the Provincial Health Directorate. Relevant hospitals will be announced later.
Students;
- They will regularly record the jobs they will carry out during the professional practice process, the tasks they have taken and the information they have learned during the practice process in the Occupational Practice at Work book. Click here to access the Occupational Practice book at Work.
- They will be evaluated by the authorized person in the institution where they will make professional practice on the job. Click here for the evaluation form and attendance attendance form.
An orientation program will be organized for the operation of the application and the date and time will be announced.
