Due to the increasing dependence on technology, increasing cost pressures and the complexity of the service in health service delivery, the need for professional management is increasing. In meeting this need, it is important to train health managers equipped with professional knowledge and skills.
As Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Health Management Department, our primary goal is to train health manager candidates equipped with up-to-date, qualified and professional knowledge and skills. Our main goal is to be a department that provides education at contemporary standards, produces information at national and international level, and adds value to the health system of our country with the people it trains.
Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Health Management Department started to accept undergraduate students for the first time in the 2018-2019 academic year. There are 3 academicians and 2 research assistants in our department who are competent in their fields. In our department, Turkish education is given. Students who successfully complete the courses stipulated by the program are given the title of "Health Graduate" with a Bachelor's degree. Our graduates, especially the Ministry of Health, Family and Social Policies, Ministry of Labor and Social Security etc. They can work at different levels such as managers, specialists and civil servants in the central and provincial organizations of ministries, the private sector, NGOs, municipalities and affiliated hospitals.
We are happy to see people who are interested in the field of health management and want to improve themselves in this field as our students. I wish everyone a successful education life.
