Yapay Zeka Destekli İngilizce Öğretimi Eğitimi: Tohumlar Ekildi, Gelecek Şekilleniyor!
Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt Üniversitesi Learning Advisory Program Koordinatörü ve sertifikalı AIETP eğitmeni Gamze Güven Yalçın liderliğinde 10 Şubat - 3 Mart tarihleri arasında gerçekleştirilen AIETP, İngilizce Öğretiminde Yapay Zeka Projesi 10 saatlik eğitiminin ilk aşaması, Ankara’daki önde gelen üniversiteler ve K-12 kurumlarından 20 hizmet öncesi ve hizmet içi dil eğitmeninin katılımıyla büyük bir başarıyla tamamlandı.
ABD Büyükelçiliği RELO Eğitim Koordinatörlüğü'nün destekleri ve İzmir Ekonomi Üniversitesi'nin akademik iş birliği ile hayata geçirilen bu eğitim, katılımcılar için adeta “verimli bir toprağa ekilen tohumlar” gibiydi. Yapay zeka araçlarının İngilizce öğretimine entegrasyonu konusunda bilgi ve becerilerini geliştiren öğretmenler, “geleceğin eğitimcilerini yetiştirmek için gerekli olan yaratıcılığı ve becerileri” de edindiler.
Eğitim süreci boyunca katılımcılar, “AIETP Eğitimi, tıpkı bir şefin yemek kitabı gibiydi çünkü bize ilgi çekici yapay zeka destekli dersler oluşturmak için doğru malzemeleri ve teknikleri sağladı" ve "Bir tünelin sonunda parlayan bir ışık huzmesi, çünkü bundan sonra yolculuğumu daha etkili bir şekilde yönlendirebileceğimi hissettiriyor." gibi metaforlarla deneyimlerini dile getirdiler.
Eğitimin sonunda, ABD Büyükelçiliği RELO Eğitim Koordinatörlüğü tarafından katılımcılara sertifikaları takdim edildi. Bu başarılı ilk adımın ardından, Nisan ayında ikinci grup eğitimlerimizle projeye devam edeceğiz. Çünkü AIETP, başka bir katılımcının yorumu ile “tıpkı sonsuz bir orman gibi, öğrenilecek sonsuz sayıda araç ve sınırsız bir öğrenme imkanı sunuyor.”

AI in English Teaching Project : Seeds Planted, Future Shaped!
The first phase of the 10-hour Artificial Intelligence in English Teaching Project training was successfully completed between February 10 and March 3 by the certified AIETP trainor Gamze Güven Yalçın, Coordinator of the Learning Advisory Program at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University. The program brought together 20 pre- and in-service language educators from leading universities and K-12 institutions in Ankara, marking a significant achievement in AI-integrated language education.
This training, realized with the support of the US Embassy RELO Education Coordination and the academic collaboration of İzmir University of Economics, was like “planting seeds in fertile soil” in participants’ words. Developing their knowledge and skills on the integration of artificial intelligence tools into English teaching, teachers also gained “the creativity and skills needed to train the educators of the future.”
Throughout the training process, participants expressed their experiences with metaphors such as "AIETP Training was like a chef’s recipe book because it provided us with the right ingredients and techniques to create engaging AI-enhanced lessons" and "A beam of light shining at the end of a tunnel because it makes me feel like I will be able to navigate my journey more effectively from now on.”
At the end of the training, certificates were presented to the participants by the US Embassy RELO Education Coordination. After this successful first step, we will continue the project with our second group training in April. Because AIETP, in another trainee's terms, like a never-ending forest, offers endless tools to learn and endless learning opportunities.”
