The workshop “Mimar Sinan: Design and Construction” was presented by Nesibe Nur Yıldız Demirci (Architect, M.Sc.) and held on May 21, 2026, at 12:00 in L215, under the coordination of Assoc. Prof. Şeyda Emekci, Assoc. Prof. Hatice Kalfaoğlu Hatipoğlu, Assoc. Prof. Gülşah Çelik Başok, Assoc. Prof. İlkay Dinç Uyaroğlu, Dr. Çiğdem Aytekin, Res. Asst. Büşra İnce, Res. Asst. Fatma Zehra Süer, Res. Asst. Aslı Zeynep Doğan, and Res. Asst. Buse Akçay Pehlivanoğlu from the AYBU Department of Architecture.
Within the scope of the workshop, students gained both theoretical and practical experience in the use of Horasan mortar through the production of scaled wall samples.
