Management and Organization Master Program (English with Thesis)

Program Objectives

The Master's Program in Management and Organization aims to provide students with the knowledge and skills they will need to solve the theoretical and practical management and organization problems brought about by both national and global business environments. In addition, this program aims to develop students' management knowledge and skills at both national and global scale in a way that they understand and adapt to the new conditions and demands brought about by globalization.

Admission Requirements

  • 4-year undergraudate degree (international students must provide equivalency documents received from YÖK)

  • Undergraduate CGPA of min. 2,5/4,0

  • ALES grade of min. 65 points or internationally equivalent exam grades (GMAT or GRE) 

  • English proficiency of min. YDS 65, YÖKDİL 70, TOEFL 75 or YÖK graded equivalency from other accepted tests.

 Management and Organization PhD Program (in English)

Program Objectives

The Management and Organization Doctorate Program is designed to develop scientific thinking and research skills that will enable candidates to make significant contributions to management and organization studies. This program aims to inspire researchers and academics with the intention to better understand and explain management and organizational agendas at national and global scales. This program is not suitable for those who wants to pursue a practice-focused managerial career. The program equips students in social science philosophy, research design and data analysis techniques, while at the same time enabling them to specialize in one of the areas of strategic management, organization theory or organizational behavior.

Admission Requirements

  • 4-year undergraudate degree or master's degree with thesis (international students must provide equivalency documents received from YÖK)

  • CGPA of min. 3.0/4.0

  • ALES grade of min. 75 points or internationally equivalent exam grades (GMAT or GRE) 

  • English proficiency of min. YDS 85 or YÖK graded equivalency from other accepted tests (TOEFL, IELTS)

  • A letter of intent for your research objectives in this PhD program
