Turkish Eximbank and Its Role in National Exports” Seminar Held as Part of ITB Monthly Talks

As part of the ITB Monthly Talks event series organized by the Department of International Trade and Business at the Faculty of Business, Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University, the seminar titled “Turkish Eximbank and Its Role in National Exports” was successfully held. The seminar featured Burcu Gökçe Yılmaz Akın, Regional Insurance Marketing and Coordination Manager (Central Anatolia) at Turkish Eximbank, as the keynote speaker. The session was academically moderated by Dr. Melek Mutioğlu Özkesen, a faculty member of the department. During the seminar, key topics such as export financing tools, insurance support mechanisms provided by Turkish Eximbank, and its strategic role in strengthening Türkiye’s export capacity were discussed in detail. Participants had the opportunity to gain practical insights based on real industry experience. The event attracted strong student interest, and the interactive Q&A session enabled participants to engage directly with the speaker and ask questions about the sector.
