Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, hosted a site visit between December 14-16, 2025, within the scope of the accreditation process by FEDEK (Association for Evaluation and Accreditation of Curriculum in Faculties of Science, Literature, Science-Literature, Language and History-Geography).
Within the framework of the site visit, the Faculty’s departments of Arabic Translation and Interpretation, Information and Document Management, Philosophy, English Translation and Interpretation, Sociology, History, and Turkish Language and Literature were comprehensively evaluated by accreditation officials assigned by FEDEK.
During the visit, education and training processes, academic staff, physical and digital infrastructure, program outcomes, and quality assurance activities were examined. Accreditation officials held meetings with academic staff and students to conduct detailed reviews regarding the programs. The site visit concluded with a mutual exchange of views and evaluation meetings.
Our faculty continues to maintain its commitment to accreditation processes in line with its understanding of quality assurance and continuous improvement.
