Young Translators Contest
Our fourth-year students, Kaan Kayalı, Durmuş Emre Esmer, and Sezin Öcal, participated in the “Young Translators Contest” the fourteenth edition of which was held in Istanbul on January 17, 2026, by the Directorate for EU Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The competition aims to raise awareness among young translators preparing for the profession about Türkiye’s European Union (EU) accession process and to contribute to the development of a qualified workforce in this field.
