GENERAL INTRODUCTION
Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Revolving Fund Enterprise was established in accordance with the provisions of the ‘Regulation on the Principles to be Complied with in the Establishment of Revolving Fund Enterprises in Accordance with Articles 14 and 58 of the Higher Education Law No. 2547’ and the Revolving Fund Enterprise Regulation was published in the Official Gazette dated October 12, 2011 and numbered 20082 and entered into force. The regulation was amended with the “REGULATION ON AMENDMENT OF THE YILDIRIM BEYAZIT UNIVERSITY REVOLVING FUND ENTERPRISE REGULATION” published in the Official Gazette dated February 3, 2021 and numbered 31384.
Our Revolving Fund Enterprise Directorate carries out its financial transactions through the Integrated Public Financial Management System (BKMYS) developed by the General Directorate of Accounting of the Ministry of Finance.
