TÜBİTAK 2209-A Call for Proposals Poster.
Two projects from our Department of Child Development have been awarded funding under the TÜBİTAK 2209-A Research Project Support Program for University Students. We congratulate our students on these projects, which were carried out as part of the Senior Thesis course in our undergraduate program under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hatice Merve İmir. Our department places great importance on supporting academic work conducted at the undergraduate level to instill a culture of research in our students, develop their scientific thinking skills, and strengthen the advisor-student collaboration. This approach contributes to our students’ development of competent researcher identities in their respective fields, in line with our educational goals. We congratulate the students and the faculty advisor involved in these projects and wish them continued success. The projects eligible for funding are listed below.
  • The project titled “The Relationship Between Self-Esteem, Peer Support, and Bullying During the Transition to Adolescence: A Study on 11-12-Year-Old Children,” led by Radiye Çoban,
  • The project titled “The Relationship Between Mother and Teacher Strategies for Problem Behaviors in Preschool Children and Children’s Development,” prepared by Esra Karaca, Gülsüm Baloğlu, and Firdevs Nur Solmaz.
