The objectives of the Center are as follows:
a) To conduct academic and scientific research, analysis, and publications on the historical, demographic, administrative, social, and economic structures of Ankara and its surrounding regions (both current and historical districts), including religious, political, educational, cultural, artistic, and literary institutions, as well as on the human element within these research areas.
b) To provide and organize knowledge transfer, skill development, consultancy, and guidance services to individuals and institutions working on the subjects mentioned in paragraph (a).
