Mission
The Center for Family and Society Studies was officially established under Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University in February 2021. Since January 2022, the Center has been actively carrying out its activities.
The Center aims to approach the concept of family through a holistic perspective and to evaluate society with a family-centered focus. The current and priority needs of the family structure in Turkey are identified, and data is collected through scientific publications and research for this purpose.
The Center's primary goal is to conduct academic studies, develop qualified human resources in this field, and implement projects that strengthen social peace and welfare in collaboration with relevant institutions, in line with national and social policies and based on the collected data.
Vision
The vision of the Center for Family and Society Studies is to conduct various academic and social studies on the family, to identify fundamental problems experienced by families, to provide family-structure-appropriate solutions, to address challenges related to changing perceptions of family, and to raise awareness across all segments of society.
