English Language Education
In today’s world, being proficient in at least one foreign language is a fundamental requirement. Based on this understanding, we offer advanced curriculum programs designed in 100% English in our Faculty of Medicine, Business, Political Science, Aviation and Space Sciences, Engineering and Natural Sciences, Architecture, and Fine Arts (Architecture Department), as well as in the Psychology Department of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. In addition, we offer 30% English education in our Law Faculty and the History Department of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. Along with Turkish curriculum in Health Services, we are dedicated to filling an important gap in developing qualified human resources by offering effective professional foreign language training.
A Public University in Ankara
AYBU, as the fifth public university in our capital, Ankara, was established after a 44-year gap, starting with 7 faculties, 1 school, 4 institutes, and 1 conservatory. As of 2024, the university now includes 15 faculties, 1 school, 1 state conservatory, 4 vocational schools, 5 institutes, and 27 research and application centers. AYBU is an innovative educational project created to rebuild higher education according to the needs of future generations, with international goals, and a structure aligned with the changes and developments of our time. In addition to the countless advantages of studying in the capital city, Ankara, the university offers excellent housing, transportation, and social opportunities. Our university campus is located in the Esenboğa region, covering an area of 80,000 m². The first phase of construction began in 2014, and by the 2016-2017 academic year, we started providing services to our students at the Esenboğa Campus.
